Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely! Each cake is freshly prepared and designed to closely match the picture shown on our website. However, since all our cakes are handcrafted, slight variations in design or decoration may occur — but the taste and quality will always remain the same.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll automatically receive an email or WhatsApp message containing your receipt and order details. You can also view your past receipts anytime by logging into your CakeShake.ae account under “My Orders.”

How can I return an item?

As our products are freshly made and perishable, returns are generally not accepted once delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos, and our support team will resolve the issue promptly.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes! Many of our cakes and desserts are restocked regularly. If something you love is unavailable, click on the “Notify Me” button (if available) or reach out to our customer support — we’ll inform you as soon as it’s back.
