💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CakeShake.ae, all our cakes are prepared fresh and customized to your order. Hence, cancellations, modifications, or refunds are handled with care and under specific conditions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing them.

  • After 30 minutes, the order goes into production and cannot be canceled.

  • For same-day deliveries, cancellations are not applicable once the order is confirmed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following situations:

  • The product delivered is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

  • You contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

  • Once verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after production or delivery.

  • Incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery.

  • Minor design or color differences from the reference image.
